Q. What does a new website cost?
A. The cost of a new design can vary depending on the project and the amount of work involved.  Some designs have a high degree of difficulty to build while others are very simple.  Once we have a scope of your project, we are happy to provide you with a detailed quote via email.

Q.  Do I have to pay for my web design project in advance?
A. No, you are only required to pay a deposit in advance.  The deposit is usually equal to 50% of the project cost.  You do not pay NEXTFLY the remaining 50% until the project is complete and you are satisfied with the work that we’ve done.  Structuring our business this way ensures that every customer receives a finished product that they are happy with.

Q. Is your pricing available online?
A. We don’t publish our pricing online.  Each project is different so in order for us to get you a quote, we need a better understanding of the details.  Once we have the details we can send over the pricing for you to review.

Q. If I want a custom design, what are my next steps?
A. You can reach out to us via the contact form on our site or give us a call.  You can speak directly with one of our project managers who will gather some info from you in order to gain an understanding of your needs.

Q. I am looking for a website that allows my employees to login and view / edit material, is that something you can help with?

A. Yes!  Our custom content management systems will allow for an area that employees can login to view and edit material.

Q. Once I have a new site, will you train me on how to use it?
A. Absolutely!  Once the project is complete, we will conduct a 2-hour training course with you.  Feel free to have yourself or any employees join as well.  We will teach you to login to the back end of the site, make edits and add/delete material.

Q. What are my duties during the design process?
A. We will depend on your feedback to create the design.  Your approvals every step of the way will ensure that we are on the right path.  We do put a big emphasis on keeping you up to date during the build.  The more available you are for us during that time, the more efficiently the project will move forward.

Q. Do you offer hosting?
A. Yes!  Our finished projects are your property and you are fee to host anywhere you like.  We have many hosting packages available that will suit your needs.  You are not required to host with us but we have you covered if you need it.

Q. Will you make changes to my site for me in the future?
A. Of course, while we do train you on how to make changes yourself, many clients don’t feel as though they have the time to manage the site.  In this case we will manage the site for you for an hourly rate based on time and size of request.

Q.  Can you tie in social media to my website?
A.  Yes!  We can link all of your major social media accounts right to your site making it easy for others to follow you and help your site gain in popularity.  We can also tie in other major back end systems that you may already use.  If it is possible, we can make it happen!

Q. Do you offer Search Engine Optimization for my website?
A. Yes!  We do offer on-site search engine optimization for nearly every project that we do.  We ensure that your site is Google-friendly and can be indexed by every major search engine.

Q. Do you offer backup for my website?
A. Yes!  We provide services that will back up your site along with all of your databases.  You would need to host with NEXTFLY to take advantage of these services.
