Digital Marketing Intern

Opportunity:

Nextfly is expanding our team and is looking for an intern to wear many hats in our Indianapolis office. This position would offer great experience in the web design, social media and digital marketing industries. This diverse role would require a go-getter and a strong candidate who can work well within a team and individual setting. Our ideal intern will bring fresh ideas to the workplace for our marketing and social media efforts as well.

Details:

• Part time
• Non-paid with bonus opportunities
• 3 month term for Spring/Summer/Fall semesters

Job Duties

• Interaction with WordPress and minor CSS (web edits and content loading)
• Write SEO content and blogs for NEXTFLY and our clients
• Set up and manage social media campaigns
• Responsible for interacting with followers, responding to comments, and messages
• Growing and generating leads per social media platforms
• Assisting with digital promotion ideas, execution & monitoring of ongoing digital promotions and campaigns
• Assist in manage the day-to-day paid PPC activities across multiple search engines (Google, Bing, and Yahoo) and paid social ad platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Responsible for other projects as assigned; which may include graphic design, promotions and various other projects

Experience:

• Experience with social media and understanding of social media marking marketing (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest)
• Content writing
• Familiar with WordPress
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to conduct online research and data analysis
• Knowledge Adobe Creative Suite’s Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator software

Bonus Skills:

• Video production knowledge
• Understanding of Google AdWords
• Basic CSS/HTML skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
